Vantrove builds custom automation for trucking carriers; the scope, deliverables, and terms of any specific build are set out in a separately signed service agreement with that customer, not on this page. These website terms apply to your general use of this site.
The service
Vantrove designs and builds automation tailored to a specific carrier's operation — it is not a self-serve product or a fixed feature set. Any automation Vantrove builds and operates for a customer is governed by that customer's own signed service agreement with Vantrove.
Human approval requirement
Automation Vantrove builds that drafts outbound messages on a customer's behalf routes every draft to a designated person at that customer's organization for approval before sending. Vantrove is not responsible for messages sent without going through this approval step, or for a customer's decision to approve a message.
Acceptable use
- You will not use this website to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- You will not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of this website
- Vantrove customers agree to use any automation we build for them consistent with their signed service agreement and applicable law
Intellectual property
The Vantrove name and all website content are the property of Vantrove. Your carrier's operational data, processed by any automation we build for you, remains your property.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided "as is." Specific service-level commitments, warranties, and liability terms for any automation Vantrove builds are set out in each customer's signed service agreement, not on this page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
